Part of Small Heath since the early 1980s
The co-operative was formed by residents between 1980 and 1984. The estate includes bungalows, one-bedroom flats, and two- and three-bedroom houses with affordable rents.
Residents' service charges contribute towards the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds, helping to keep the estate clean and tidy for everyone.
