Small Heath Park Housing Co-operative

Information about our online forms

What happens to the information you enter in our contact and housing application forms.

Before you send

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message so the co-operative can respond to your enquiry.

The housing application asks about you, your household and your housing needs so that your application can be considered. National Insurance numbers, health details and equal opportunities monitoring are optional in this online version. Include information about another person only with their knowledge and authority.

Sending your information

When online submissions are available, completed forms are sent to the co-operative’s designated email inbox. The website does not keep a separate application database. The receiving email system retains the message so the co-operative can deal with it. Short-lived technical records help limit spam and duplicate submissions; they do not contain your form answers.

Information remains on the current page while you work. The form does not save a draft in your browser. Closing or reloading the page can lose your answers. Use Review answers to check a housing application before sending it.

Do not attach identity documents, payment details or medical records to a general enquiry. The office will explain how to provide supporting evidence if needed.
