Resident led

Small Heath Park Housing Co-operative was formed by residents and continues to be run through a voluntary committee.

Co-operative living means residents are part of a community with shared responsibilities. Members are encouraged to participate in the running of the co-operative and to help maintain a safe, fair and welcoming place to live.

Looking after the estate

The service charge paid by tenants contributes towards the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds. This helps keep the estate clean and tidy for all residents.
