A brief history

Small Heath Park Housing Co-operative is a Birmingham-based social housing co-operative in Small Heath. The co-operative was formed by residents between 1980 and 1984 and is run by a voluntary committee.

The estate consists of 47 properties, including bungalows, one-bedroom flats, and two- and three-bedroom houses with affordable rents. Tenants’ rent also includes a service charge that contributes towards the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds, helping to keep the estate clean and tidy for everyone.
